Jolee Barry founded New Leaf Solutions in early 2005. Since that time she has worked with education and nonprofit organizations from all over the country and has grown a reputation of being a professional consultant whose quality and consistency of work has continuously impressed the clients of New Leaf Solutions. Jolee has built a company that is sought after for its personal service, quality, and custom deliverables.
Jolee has spent her career working in the nonprofit sector, with much of her work focusing on K-12 education. She has received a certificate in grant writing from the reputable Grantsmanship Center; national training on interpretive education techniques through the Department of Interior; her B.A. in Art History with an emphasis in Art Management from SUNY Purchase; and has continued her education through Chemistry and Accounting courses at Montana State University.
Jolee served as the Montana state coordinator for a NASA based science education program. She worked with hundreds of teachers and administrators each year, and developed and delivered workshops on the integration of technology in the classroom. In addition, she implemented technology-based learning modules, such as video streaming, video conferencing and online tools, to expand reach to rural schools. Her program was awarded the national site of the year in 2003 for implementing innovative techniques for teacher professional development.
As the Director of Outreach and Business Manager for a statewide theater Company housed at Montana State University, Jolee coordinated over 100 volunteers annually, managed the finances, and coordinated two large programs, including the K-12 educational outreach program offered by the Company.
Jolee resides in beautiful Bozeman, Montana with her husband. She spends her free time skiing, hiking and climbing in the Rocky Mountains.
